Belle’s is real bagels done right. It’s pretty simple; hand-rolled, boiled and baked golden. Toppings on both sides. No dough conditioners.

We try our hardest to use the most honest ingredients from LA and surrounding areas. We also try to buy from our friends. And the rest of it, we make ourselves.

The Company

Belle’s was started in 2012 by two dudes that were born and bread (ha get it) in LA. From our home kitchen to panaderia pop-ups to a food service window out of a night club, our goal has always been pretty simple. Make good food using ingredients from the city that raised us for the city that raised us.
